I have a CUG connection with Hutch. Two months ago my name was changed on their record without any information to them from me. When I dialled up the customer service no. about this they told me that I must go to their shop, and register a complaint in writing. What will happen if they have a Bank - just imagine! The account holders name will change without the account holders permission. I did not receive the bill in the month of June. Despite this I made the payment on time on the basis of SMS received. I called them up about a week ago and informed them about the non receipt of my bill. I was told that it will be received by me in two days time. not only I have not received the bill till date, but the way they have responded to my calls to the customer care no.
Is obnoxious. they kept me on hold every time for 10 minutes and more and at the end they did not do have a proper reply to my complaint. I wanted to talk to someone who can take action immediately, and they refused to provide me any no. or connect me to the responsible authority. they repeatedly said that it has been despatched on 13th as per our record. I asked them about the mode of despatch and despatch details. they have no information to share with me. though they use sweet words, their responses did not indicate that they were taking any action to help me out. I wonder how any good company can treat a customer this way.
