When it comes to customer service, SBI credit card is horrendous to say the least. I am networking and collecting details from SBI card holders regarding the reward points. thanks milind. at times people like us, i am 53 yrs. of age, with so many responsibilities at a time, (professional and personal) find it difficult to cope with such experiences. people like you are always helpful. thanks

Many a times you go by your perception of the brand. one hesitates very little to put money in it when you think it is a good buy. And when services are poor, you feel helpless and ditched. It is hard to say bye bye to hard earned money. I wish you get the new bike soon and are served well.
