This is not about who provides the best service or who has the worst service.
The literal Service Industry means a lot, to the service provider as well as to the
person(s) availing the service.
I am not writing because I want to complain / bitch about services provided by an
operator.
Truly do believe that the service expectation of a service provider should be measured by the quality of the service it provides.
I have been a Hutch Subscriber in 4 different Cities in india for more than 3 years now.
Well to say the least that I am not happy with the services they have dished out in Delhi / Gurgaon ( and to top it .. its a corp connxn ).
There is so much more room for improvement, can go on for ever as to how the services have been goofed up ever since I got this post paid connxn.
Well, would advice them to treat customers with a lil more care and FLEXIBILITY.
Would want them to remeber that the Customer is the one on basis of which they are in business. :)
