How high handed can this company get?

Vodafone just decided to remove existing data plan and attach a more expensive one on my account! The only send me an SMS for the deletion! When the bill is presented, I have been charged for both plans!


They don’t have a normal phone line to call. They do respond to emails in about 4 days, but do not give any answer even when the question is specific! They are least bothered about customer service, and dare to send another bill!


How much more high handed can this company get to? Time will teach you a lesson and put you in your place!
