Atleast after all these days you have gone on record to say 'your call'! Current practice at Yarra is 'yatra calls customer for pending payment' whereas 'customer has to call 'yatra for refunds'!

Hello Yatra, now you have resorted to lying. In my case i can vouch that you did not. And further i had to cling on to the phone to get in touch with the right people at Yatra for more than 30 minutes!

Close MakeMyTrip and not the issue What a shame on you MMT! Did you do anything on your part to alleviate the complaint? Then where do you get the idea to close the issue? This is all that you are bothered about. The issue still stands and no one from MMT has contacted me to even hear out!
