I had enrolled for mobile number portability(PORT-IN in Vodafone) on the 20th Jan, 2011. But even after providing the PORTING CODE thrice** they were unable to port-in my numbers. Repeated complaints were not listened to, no explainations given.!
Now after all this wait and failure, they refuse to refund my security deposit Rs500(Rs250 x 2 for both my numbers). What the hell is this**?
The Vodafone personnel I have interacted with are: Himanshu(98735-82407), Sangeeta(sangeeta.devi@vodafone) and Nisha at the Sec-18 Vodafone Store, Noida.

The view that I have formed for Vodafone is:
· Vodafone is just about Zoo-Zoos. They don’t have systems in place. No one has information on whats the status on the application.
· The customtakeouter care is just phony – they want to give an impression that they are helping but really don’t try to help you out.
· If you write to customtakeouter care – every different person would keep asking the same question again & again every 3rd day. Just Shit!
· With this experience - I would never ever recommend Vodafone to anyone.!
