Five days after delivering the TV which I ordered via ebay and making calls to the service center every days more than once, no has turned up for the installation.
It seems they have only a single person dedicated for the entire city who, whenever you call says that he’s in some remote corner of Bangalore and doesn’t seem to have the conveyance to commute. God forbid if the quality of the TV is similar to their customer service, you’re better off throwing the TV away than take the chance with getting it fixed. Avoid!
