W is a women’s wear brand that is popular for its unique and wonderful collection of fashionable kurtis for modern Indian women. This brand from Delhi was launched around 15 years back by the TCNS Group. Being a frequent shopper at Myntra.com, I first noticed this brand name when I was looking for an elegant suit that I could wear to a family function that happened around 3 years back.
Though initially I was quite reluctant to buy an expensive suit from an unfamiliar brand, I simply couldn’t ignore the vibrant colors and unique style that was present in almost all of their collection. Though a bit skeptical, I decided to get a Marshmallow White suit for which Myntra gave me a cool 40% discount.
After I received my first order, I was quite impressed with the quality and premium look and feel of the material. Being someone who cares about comfort and perfect fit more than anything else, I felt really happy to see that the fit was simply perfect. And that’s the one thing that drew me instantly to this brand. Now I own several suits which belongs to W brand and I’ve mostly had a good experience except for one or two instances.
Normally, atleast 75% of the times, I buy W suits or kurtis from Myntra or from any of their outlets in Bangalore but recently I’ve started ordering directly from their official website. However, the last time I ordered, I had certain issues with the size and hence decided to go for an exchange. Though they initially agreed to give me a smaller size, later after a couple of days when I called them up, they told me that the size was not available and hence would instead give me a refund. However, it was after repeated reminder calls to their customer care, they finally transferred the amount to my account.
All-in-all, I like the feel I get from wearing W suits & kurtis since they have the right fusion of traditional and contemporary style. I’d definitely recommend this brand to anyone who wants to look elegant and stylish, but at the same time doesn’t want to compromise neither on quality, comfort nor fit.
