We ordered a towel, bedding set and other miscellany for our baby.
The towel was extremely poor quality. Vendors selling on the foot path have better materials for a lot cheaper. But it was non-returnable so we had to keep it.
The bedding set was significantly shorter(about 63cm) than what was advertised on their website(78cm). We’ve been contacting their customer support every single day for the past 8 days, but they haven’t even initiated a replacement. And of course, return is not an option because it’s not returnable - even when the mistake is done by them.
This is the worst customer service experience we’ve had to go through in the last few years. You do occassionally run into rude and unhelpful customer support, but rarely do you run into a customer support team that is shameless and fraudulent to their core. Avoid them at all costs
