Yep. I’ve been a victim to similar issues as well. Over the last week (since the weekend before last), I’ve raised 8 complaints, all about the same speed issue. Every single one has been closed before the end of next day saying that the issue has been resolved, without actually fixing the issue. read more...

Yeah, this irritates me to no end. While I understand that tech support people are not usually hired for their brains, they shouldn't be so ignorant. Sometimes I wonder if reliance provides them any training at all.

Yep. Now it's on my ''avoid at any cost list'' too.. I ignored similar warnings from my friends and chose to buy from them just because they're an old brand. But I never expected their customer service to be so bad. Guess I've learnt my lesson. This is the last Eureka Forbes product I'll ever buy.
