I have this WD TV Live HD Media Player, took for around Rs.7000.
The device does not have any controls on it, and has a cheap remote. The remote went faulty and when I called up customer service center 1800-200-5789, one Mr. Prakash answered the call and straight away told me that, "We don’t not provide any support or accessory for this device."
Also he has given me some very useful options like search in Google, and in local shops in Bangalore. When I said that I tried all the options he advised me to go for a consumer court complaint. If any one plans to buy this device never ever go for it.
