I have not even started using webcomindia’s services and I am facing problems.
I paid Rs.699 through PayPal for 1 year Hosting Services for https://weboj.com. My invoice no. 1616 dated 08th May, 2005. * PAYPAL Confirmed this : This email confirms that you have paid Webcom Systems (paypal@webcomindia.net ) $16.00 USD using PayPal.
When I checked on webcomindia’s site after logging in, they mentioned that I am still DUE TO PAY Rs.683 and that only Rs.16 has been paid to your account.
THEIR SYSTEM UNDERSTOOD MY US DOLLARS 16 TO BE INDIAN RUPEES 16.

I even called their Delhi telephone but no one answered the call. (It’s Monday and a working day.) When my call was transferred to their mail box, it said, the mailbox is full!.
Now after nearly 20 emails to their sales and support and billing department, I get this email :

Not even a person’s name for me to coordinate with. I now feel I’ve lost my money. I guess I’ll just have to wait for another day or two and see!
