I think WEBCOM is now offering good support. Although I had a small problem with my billing at the beginning, since then (4 months) i have had troube free service and they have responded very promptly the two times that I requested support. I would not hesitate renewing my account with them.

Yes, I agree with you. Although I had some billing problem with them initially, so far they have given excellent and prompt support. I would recommend WEBCOM too! In 4 months I've had a change of heart due to their trouble free service.

I have now been using the Webcom service for 4 months and except for the initial billing hiccup I have NOT FACED ANY MORE PROBLEMS. Hi, I'm the same person who had billing problems on 09th May, 2005. (My review is posted!) I'm pleased to say that since then, I have not faced any problems. Dear Webcom, I NEVER did complain about the activation. I know it would take around 24 hours. I did read the FAQ’s on your site, you know! My complaint was and still is that NOBODY responded to my email today i.e. Monday, since the morning. I was only worried that my credit card should not read more...
