A very useful book for all soon to be parents

The book is a must for today’s would be parents, especially the mom. Helps to understand the whole gamut of changes, physical & emotional, that occur during pregnancy. With the increasing absence of experienced elders in today’s nuclear families this book holds your hand while you walk through those nine months.

Except for a few situations that are very specific since the book is written by a US author for a US audience, the book is very relevant.

Gives very practical advice on how to deal with symptoms, when to be concerned about something, what to do when something’s not all right etc... The section for the would be fathers is also very useful... something I’ve not seen in other books.

A good present for your spouse when you’re planning a baby or get ot know that you’re gonna be parents :-) Would also recommend the two sequels to this book.. The First Year and The Toddler years (by the same author).
