I have purchased brand new COMPEQ laptop ans was very happy and excited, why not it accomplished with WINDIWS VISTA HOME BASIC licenced version. But believe me this OS is very pathetic and of no use.
You can’t do anyhing extra on this laptops installed with VISTA. If that softwear developer has tie up with MICROSOFT than only it will allow to do anything.
In short make sure that you got your new PC or LAPTOP with any other verson of WINDOWS but not VISTA but also make sure your new hardware has to be VISTA ENABLE product so that in future you may opt for VISTA.
I have purchased a simple BLUETOOTH utility from BILINTON with original drivers but to my suprise I am not allowed to upload any of the drivers for it. And there are no. of cases now only I have found that these problem is common for any of the thord party product.
