Cake quality is so horrible too! And the customized message was also not there! The cake and cards we selected online were different from the ones we received! Charged Rs. 800/- for the two cards that they showed online but delivered a cheap low quality Rs. 2/- card in worst condition. After the wrong delivery is done they don’t bother to even pick up the call or respond! This is the first time my father’s birthday was completely spoilt thanks to them! Disappointed overall by Winni. All the reviews and ratings seem to be fake just a marketing stunt. Please don’t be misleaded like how we were! Go for any other genuine cake shops directly or online unlike them.
