I had ordered a birthday cake for my sister to winni by 10 am. and instructed them to deliver the cake between 3.30 to 4 pm. Since she is in her office and the office will close by 5pm. Even next day morning I contacted their customer service they told that the order under process... I told them the order was in previous day. Then they check with the vendor the usual msg I got "when we contact the mobile was not reachable". Then i got a special offer that they are willng to deliver the cake with a special.extra chocolate bar or they will refund the money. I refuse both their offer and now going to consumer court. Once they spoil my happiness with their own mistake then they are offering chocolate or refund. My reuest to the customers not to believe this looters they will spoil your special occasion. They are absolutely cheating customers.
