Below mentioned views is based on my experience. I purchased 2 pairs of foot ware from woodland show room at commercial street Bangalore in june 08, I used one of the pair (shoes) for 1 day and with in 1 hour the both the shoes of the same pair, the sole start coming out from the sides, I was very disappointed with this, paid around Rs. 3000 for a pair and did not even work properly for 1 day. I have given it for repair on 5 July, suppose to get it back on 15 July, when I visited the show room to pick up my shoes, it was repaired very badly, I did not accept it and have asked for repairing it properly or for money back.
I have already incurred Rs. 300 for travel to the show room twice. I feel all this is an, additional cost for me which is not worth. I purchased these shoes with high expectation, but with this quality all of it went to a drain.
I hope the other pair of my sandal doesn’t give way as my shoes did, I have not yet used it, will do so next month.
I feel if a product with in the first six months to a year makes you visit the show room or service center/repair center for fixing a problem (over and above regular maintain) it is not worth to be purchased. Please remember every visit to the service center/repair center would logically add up to your cost. As in my case.
My two visits to the show room coasted me Rs. 300.
My time of 5 hours to visit the shop and talking to this guys etc.,
With all this woodlands has been a big let down, in terms of their quality. I would not recommend this product to any one. This is my experience, over and above you can go a head with this product but with the awareness that you may land into the same problem as I have.
I have put, my complain on their web site. https://woodlandestore.com/.
For your information the following web site has some people talking about woodlands shoes.
https://complaints.com/directory/2006/june/11/10.htm.
Just Google for wood land shoes u will find quite a few URLs.
I wish I had read through all this reviews, before blowing my money on this brand.

Sathya.
