Wooplr I heard its name so last month I ordered 1 t-shirt ( PLAY HARD COAL BLACK) for ₹1456 but when I received order then my t-shirt quality was not like that was shown in site also its print was diminished and colour was faded so I filed return request but I did’nt get any reply for 10 days so then I called customer care and they said we wont be able to help you and return cannot be accepted but I said return was metioned there while purchasing so he thrashed and abused me by saying that do’nt teach us our policies ok and you have to keep your product so I felt so insulted and I was finding it to painful but decided not to fell in scuffle with these people and never purchase from this site again.
so customer service is so pathetic and here the executive ill treat customers just to hide their mistakes and to make meagre profit by betryaing customers
Product quality is poor as they send different products and do not send what they let us see on their site while purchase.
Delivery is also poor as they do not deliver on time and very slow delivery process , also they misplace product if customer do not intimidate them or threaten them then they come to action else they cheat customer by misplacing delivery.
App is very slow and take a lot of time to load and sometimes crashes and hangs but its interface is poor becuase products are not categorised and not arranged in proper order so it is difficult to search item .
No they are not reliable as even having their own mistake they do not take responsibility and do not refund customers money just only.to earn profit by deceiving innocent customers.
