I am using this phone .its great I love this mobile.but some features are irrated customers like.hybrid sim .its a most common features that customers dislike. .actually only this features make this mobile rating down.otherwise its great.and 1 more thing is that its customers support services is not so good .i lost my sim tray of note 3 .when I reach service center they told me we cant help you .we can’t order a sim tray for your mobile phone .you have to try anywhere.and some more problem in this mobile like auto app closed after sometime .and over hear during using 4g internet otherwise its good
