I received a used phone in a sealed packet. Many defects were there.
The gold color was not bright but little faded like it was used by someone for some days.
The front cam was not working properly.
The volume button and the power button were not usable comfortably as only a little portion was out to press. In other words If you don’t have nail you can’t use those button.
After all the most horrible incident which shocked me a lot is amazon’s help service or customer service. For getting the refund for this product they harassed me a lot. The amazon’s customer service representatives were giving wrong information. Every time they were saying that they have refunded for the item with reference number bla bla and it is bank’s problem and they were sorry for that they can’t help me in this regard, for further help they advised me to contact with the bank branch. After chatting for around 7 days with different customer representatives lastly one helpful person I got who told me that he would follow the case for the next 48 hours and finally I got my money into my account. So, be careful when they have to return your money.
Its battery performance, display, camera is good. but it has not released for sale after the complete manufacturing. It has so many software bugs. It shows no service, emergency call only. So I can’t make even calls, sms and internet also and some apps can’t be installed in it. And after rebooting the mobile it shows network service and later the network service dissapears. If put this mobile, s simcard in other mobile, it works good. If we dowloading any app, it automatically paused . after clicking retry only it continues download. Its a worst mobile . I am returning it. Please don’t buy this mobile by just seeing features.its not capable of even to make a call
