Dont buy this mobile as it got lot of issues and very poor response from customer service help line.
The major problem with this phone is it lacks basic feature i.e. it wont show up network services. after couple of tries you will get this but its not guaranty for next reboot. Second major problem is phone gets extreme heat while charging which alarm you weather you are safe with device and leave you in worry.
When I contacted service executive via online chart. they apologises and speaks about policies if anything does not work out! they will disconnect chart. I like to ask Mi.com When you don’t have a guts to answer customer queries. Why are you in commercial market? to cheat innocent people?
Guys in short Xiaomi have no return policy, only 10 days replacement and limited service only in India. If you are travelling abroad that you will be stuck with this issues.
