I dont think so in miui 8 battery draining issue infact it still gives me 9 to 10 hours screen on time with heavy gaming, net browing n other staff but ya if u do proper setting adjustments for miui but ya battery draining issue is there on 8.1.6.0 now it gives me 9 hours screen on time nd heats up to 37 to 39 degree on normal browsing hope they fix it on 8.2
