To be very honest for one to one individual the sound is ok but if you want louder sound then the phone is of not your choice

With MiUI8 in redmi note 3.it is very easy and user friendly phone.you will not get any troubled to use this phone.
Style and design
Basically I like gold varaint of the phone.curve edges and the way fingerprint scanner and camera are fitted at the center it looks great.talking about cons it is slippery.you need to take care while holding the phone.
Apart from that body is metal.glass quality is also good but it doesnt have gorilla glass for better protection you need to use tempered glass.
