I used my Redmi Note 3 ( 16 GB) for a couple of months . Wow, what a super phone with great looks and loads of features. Easily my best phone to date and at a great price.
But My RedMi Note 3 few months back. The phone mic somehow stop working. Went to Service center and they adviced me to keep it there for 10 days. The motherboard has problem - they say. Service center: Dwarka Sector 11 - Service order- 436. IMEI: 869589026814949, SN: 12660/20085669 It was on 03rd of September 2016 and today, 29th of September, I got a call again, saying that they dont know when will the motherboard reach them so that they can fix it. It was a mistake to buy MI phone. The service is just too bad. And why do parts not good enough? Atleast the core parts like mic without which phone becomes deaf. MI is deaf to customers.
That’s my opinion about this phone.
But the phone is value for money product but there is a problem with service.
