Xiaomi the Chinese brand which is considered as the most loved brand for india. But sometimes I felt they forgot indians easily without launching their smartphone as fast as they should be and even many products still not get way to India. Xiaomi redmi note 3 is same example as Xiaomi already launched this mobile in China in November 2015 with Mediatek processor helio x10 but due to some indian high court allegations Xiaomi can’t launch this version that’s why they come up with Qualcomm snapdragon 650 chipset which is advanced version of Original redmi note 3 in India and also known as redmi note 3 pro. Xiaomi redmi note 3 available in two different variants in india which is 2GB RAM and 16GB storage which costs INR 9999 and 3GB and 32GB storage at INR 11999.
Although this phone will available for buy on 9th of March at 2 pm Indian standard time at Amazon india and Mi india but you have to register for it. But I was bit lucky to get hands on this device. Let’s check it in and out.
Design
First when you hold this phone you will fall in love due to premium metal design this is first xiaomi phone comes with all metal design which makes unbelievable to know this smartphone only costs Rupees 10000 for base 16GB model. The phones comes with whooping 5.5 inch full HD display and slimming and light bezel all around it
On front panel just above the screen there is earpiece along with 5MP camera and some important sensor including gyroscope sensor helps you to see videos in 360 degrees using Virtual reality headset, on bottom there is three touch capacitive buttons which is back lights. On top of the phone there is 3.5mm jack and IR blaster through which you can operate all electronic device which requires a remote control such as Televisions, Air conditioners etc and a noise cancellation mic. At bottom there is nothing but a mic and charging slot which quallcomm quich charge 1.0. On back it has 16 MP camera with dual tone LED flash and a fingerprints sensor. Under the hood it has packed with 4050 mah battery.

Xiaomi redmi note 3 comes with 5.5 inch Full HD display which has Pixel per inch upto 403. This phone is powered by Qualcomm’s snapdragon 650 hexa core processor which makes the phone is different from competitors as other phone in market are powered by Mediatek helio x10 in india and xiaomi redmi note 3 is also the world’s first phone to use snapdragon 650 chipset. The snapdragon 650 chipset use two cortex A72 cores and 4 cortex A53 cores along with Andreno 510 GPU, if we believe in performance of chipset Xiaomi touted as best chipset in this range. The phone comes with MIUI 7 which is based on Android 5.1 Lollipop. The camera department is also better than original one it has 16 MP rear camera which took good amount of detail in day light and 5 Mp front camera which is also better but for me I think it needs little bit improvement because I found colour of images looks unnatural. The fingerprint scanner does its work pretty well and it is fasts too. You can configure upto 5 fingers it also allows you to lock the application such as WhatsApp or messages.
Performance
Performance of this just extraordinary in this range and easily beat likes of Letv 1s and huawei honor 5x by far although camera performance could be better. Xiaomi put almost all things in this beast at such a good price which easily makes them best
