I am using redmi note 3 from 6 months. And till now there is no lagging.battery backup is good.
Front camera gives more clear picture but rear also give good. Design of this phone is also very good and finger print senser work realy good.
Great phone on this range.only one problem is that sound is not enough but it can be manageble.
Ram and internal memory is also more than enough. I realy love this phone and now I am big fan of xiaomi phone.
If you are looking a phone on 10k range then go and buy redmi note 3.
