1-The item heats a lot.
2- one of my roommate using this phone he is totally frustrated its hanging too much
3- look wise is not better vivo is good to look and performance also
4- if you are going to buy phone between 10 to 15k try for vivo and LAVA
5- Phone is good, but customer service in India is worst
6-camera is average, battery is also average
7-if you want to use this phone then go for it but after some day you will feel you choose bad phone in this range while you have another best choice in this range
