YOU HAVE MAIL

I was not a big fan of yahoo mail. I have had a yahoo e-mail address for some years, just to have an alternate address.

I checked the mail once a week or so and usually just deleted everything as it would all be junk. Then I starting taking longer to check it and then I was over quota.

Now with the changes that have taken place I really enjoy yahoo and use it every day.

They went up to a 100mg limit, much bigger than the original 10 for free. I like free and I like the larger space. I belong to many yahoo groups and had set myself on no mail. Now I can receive it and never get near the quota.

I also like the bulk mail although I do check it before deleting as sometimes yahoo will think it is spam when it isn’t. It depends on the words you use in the subject heading. Certain words trigger the spam filters. Anything that says money in the subject heading will go to the spam box. For example someone had sent me some money and titled it money and I never got the e-mail. I did write back when the money arrived but did not put anything in the subject line with that word.

Anyway I don’t think there is anyone that has not heard about yahoo mail so am not going to go into details on that.

Hotmail is coming out with a free 250 meg account and I intend to grab some of those. By the way you can have as many accounts as you want in both places, you just have to use a different addy. For example my yahoo is babydoll3004@yahoo.com Now if I wanted another I could pick something totally different or something like babydoll3014 and so on.

So if you are in groups, work online or whatever you can have tons of space and tons of names. For a business I could put rosea-interprises@yahoo.com and thus have a business addy.

Think of all the possibilities.
