Guys, please be aware of this fraud company "Book MY Yatra" which rip off innocent consumer on the name of promotional offer. Some how they will mAnasultange to get you cell number & tell you that they are calling from "Book My Yatra" sales team(I got a call from a person claiming himself to be sales mAnasultanger "Roshan Agnihotri") and will narrate their bogus offer ranging 3 different amount(7k, 10k, 16k) in which they will make lot’s of fake & false commitment about their service that they provide free accommodation, food, travel in 3 to 5 star hotel at various destinations and would also ask you to visit their website( https://bookmyyatra.co). Some how they will mAnasultange to get you trapped by giving such lucrative offer which is totally fake & bogus.
Once you have bought their package and paid the money then the worst part will come up. I bought a package from this fake co. worth 10k and asked them to book a accommodation in one of the hotel they specified through email. They asked me to fill a form and send it to their email id(Support@bookmyyatra.co) I happily did the same, however it has been 1 month since I have not heard of anything form this co. where as in their website it is specified that they would revert with in 3 working days, I also kept on calling on their customer care number they mentioned on their website which never gets connected or remains switched off.
I somehow mAnasultanged to get another number(which is not specified on their website) and tried to get in touch with their booking department & the same person who sold me this package("Roshan Agnihotri") but they talk very rudely and said that I need to call on the customer care number( which they always keep switch off or busy). I wrote somewhere around 8 emails to their email id but no response. Finally I have made up my mind and have decided to take this matter to Consumer Court and teach these type of companies a good lesson. So guys my overall intention to write & share this whole incident with all of you is to Warn you that never get trapped by such type of Fraud company on the name of lucrative offers. I will post further update as soon as I file a case in consumer court.
I checked other reviews on cyber crime website(unfortunately after making aishwaryasingh23ment) found that there are more victims as well who have been duped by this fraud company am posting the link below.
