I was trying to book the ticket to Goa under booking ref no 10979396 on 3.4.13. But my amount of Rs. 23122/- deducted and ticket was not generated I ask there customer care exe he said they have not received any amount and asked me if I wish I can book it again since the ticket was not generated. Then I again tried to book d ticket but the same thing happened. The amount got deducted and ticket not generated. In totality, I lost Rs. 46244/-.
I lodged an online complaint to yatra and forwarded my bank statement showing d same amount deducted frm my account but they had given me d false information by replying me that the requisite amount was not charged to them and instructed me to approach my bank .
I approached my bank and bank gave me the proof on 20.6.13 that the amount is charged to yatra on the same day I emailed to yatra about bank confirmation. Then they started searching. Since then, I have been calling their customer care executive daily but not getting any authenticate reply about my refund.
Every time I was asked to wait for 2 days. I don’t know what the hell are they doing? And why they have been giving me mental and economical trauma by not refunding my amount.
