On 3/4 July 13, I was telephonically assured by your customer care exe that my amount would be refunded withing 7 working days. when today I again spoke to your customer care exe I got the answer that still there is some discrepency regarding my rufund. Can u please explaint which kind of green horn team do you have who take more than 3 months to investigate the things about refund. Dont you have any kind of team which can look after about how the excess amount coming in your bank account???
