Selling unavailable inventory - stay away

I had made a booking for Club home suite room - single at the Chairmans Resort - BANGALORE for checkin on 23/08/2016 wide booking ID YT18182967 and got a confirmation mail. I got a call on checkin date from Yatra informing the specific inventory isn’t available with the hotel and he suggested me another room type which was inferior to the one I booked and hence I rejected. They couldn’t offer me the same type or better room even after the hotel had availability.


I would recommend fellow travellers not to use Yatra.com since they are selling inventory which are not available with them.
