I can’t comment on support as there service was so excellent that I never needed support. On time, good variety of products to choose from, aptly priced, quality of products is really good. The delivery time is so prompt. I have always received my products within 24 hrs. Unlike other site most of the reasonably priced good quality products are available. I ordered 2 aprons for Rs 100 each, it’s quality is at par with the one I bought for Rs 500 from local shop.
