The Great Yebhi

I do not believe there was a time. when I took an initiative myself to create an account on mouthshut.com to write a nice review about Yebhi.com. A series of shopping from this website followed and I kept defending them and their service everywhere, wherever possible! I trusted them so much and considered myself a loyal customer to Yebhi.


But a recent series of blunders, careless attitude and above all a high degree of neglect towards their customers forced me to pen down my anguish.


This is in reference to order no.YBH880935.


One fine day I was delighted to find one coupon of Yebhi over the internet that they would give away Rs 99 flippers for just One Rupee. Delighted that I could grab one, I kept waiting for the order for days. Religiously tracked the shipment, like I do for all my orders. When I tracked my shipment one day, I was surprised to see that the Blue Dart Courier status showed " Consignee Address Incorrect: Unable to deliver"


No phone calls from Blue Dart! No calls from Yebhi.com!


Immediately, I contacted the Yebhi customer care. I did not know another horror awaited me there! A terrible guy, probably who did not even understand english and just replies with pretyped messages, could not even get what I was trying to convey! After narrating the entire story, he felt that I wanted a reverse pick up! I explained, cried my heart out(:() " Please Sir, please understand!  I have not yet received the product. How could I ask for a reverse pick up? "


God save Yebhi! They did not even care to understand my problem. When I tracked the shipment again after two days, it said " Shipment returned to Shipper at Shipper’s request!"


A gift voucher of Rupee One was even generated and they did not even bother to call me up and ask me this time.(Previously, when a product was unavailable or there was some issue with the same, they, at least, had the courtesy to call up and ask whether or not I would want a GV or a refund)


At this point of time, I feel so helpless, that I do not even wish to do anything! You buy with them at a discounted price, alongside you also buy. innumerable number of phone calls, headaches about product not being delivered, does not seem genuine cases, chasing the aftersales people after purchase.above all. a customer care(I hate to call them care though!) who do not even try to understand your issue!


Yebhi.Go to some management school and teach them how to breach all the P’s of marketing and still generate revenue!
