I agree. I had suffered like hell with this Courier Service. They have no regional customer support. What I have observed is that the choice between the Courier Services is mostly region dependent. Where I had faced the most dreaded nightmare with Aramex Courier in Kolkata/Howrah region, DTDC delivers well there. And...One more point to note is that although almost all the organizations are bothered about their reputation and respond quite promptly through Corporate Response... the DTDC guys are not bothered at all!! None of the complaints have been addressed by them so far on Mouthshut!

I went through a similar agony with DTDC (and still going through). An article was shipped on October 18, 2011 and today it is more than a month I have not received it . Although the article arrived to the local DTDC franchisee at Agartala about 25 days back, they are least bothered to deliver it. T read more...

I have a terrible doubt with the Myhappyjourney.com reviews on mouthshut. I would request mouthshut to see to it. Sorry to disagree with every word that you have written. I have purchased numerous products from Yebhi and almost 99% were them were like ''wow'' !
