This review is not meant to belittle or complain against this website. But to share my experience with Yebhi.com, so that my fellow mouthshut.com writers and you, my ever inquisitive reader be aware of what service you can expect from this site.
Being a ever conscious shopper like all fellow Indians, I started shopping online only recently after hearing from my friend the’benefits’ that he had derived from doing so. Not to forget the’COOL’ tag of having shopped online. After having a very good experience from one of the shopping sites(Flip kart), I decided to give Yebhi a try.
So one fine day(03 April 2012), I ordered the following items from this site after careful scrutiny of the items available and my current need( and also my mood at the time)

But till date(11/04/2012), I am yet to receive any communication about my order, let alone the product itself. It really disheartens me to see such kind of customer service in this era. I tried calling the customer service number, e-mailed at their support address but to no avail. I would really appreciate if Yebhi delivers my product to me. Will update this post after I receive(hopefully) my order. Update as on 12/04/2012( 1:00 PM). I still have NOT received my order. This is after 20+ calls from Yebhi/Aramex promising me delivery of the product before noon today.

Co-incidentally I received my order 5 mins after I posted this update( on 12/04/2012 1:05 pm). The Yebhi team was very swift in coordinating with the courier team and getting it delivered on the day. They accepted they were late and were apologetic for the same. Hopefully I wish I won’t face such issues in the future if I decide to buy something from Yebhi.com.
