I had a very bitter experience regarding membership. At the time of joining they told that they would extend the membership if you are unable to be there for a considerable period but now they are denying that they cannot do so.I was sick and out of station for one month and it is a considerable amout of time.
And now they are telling that they can only do this for certain customers only if they are hospitalised and have an accident or so.What is this? Since I have already paid I cannot do anything.At the max I can take them to the consumer court.I would not recommend anyone to be a member as then you are really stuck up.This is what I will call is simply cheating with their customers.
A member has to pay a huge amount of money for accessing the unlimited services and now that they are not going to make up for your loss, they are also not going to give your money back.What to do now?
