You is NOT for you ! Bad Customer Service/Speed

At the time of selling their ’broadband’ service - it was 2 MBPS speed. I signed up and paid immediately, and they came and installed. The very first week, the max speed I got was just 550 KBPS ! I  After that, it has been one frustrating call after another, and despite talking to 5 different incompetent call center agents, all of whom promised that someone will call me back, NOTHING has happened. Now they just shut off my connection. I just spoke to the supervisor now, same issue. Now she says it is another department who can look into this.


Net - they promise but do NOT deliver speeds, and their call center agents AND escalation levels are of no use, because they never work.


DO NOT EVER  go in for You Telecom, if you are looking for stable broadband connectivity and good customer service. Unfortunately, if you are stuck in a building that does not allow others, you may no choice. Just be clear about what they commit and dont be disappointed later.


This is an update on Sept 24, 2007 - NOTHING has changed. I have talked to FOUR more call centers every day since this note, and nothing has changed. Till date, not one person has bothered to call me up, despite my repeated calls. I repeat- Customer Service is ZERO. They just snare you into buying, after that, it’s completely left to you. No recourse, worse if there is no choice.
