It's amazing how others are having similar experiences ! I had the EXACT same experience in one of my 12-15 times of talking to their amazing call center agents. I demanded to speak to the supervisor and he just flat out refused ! Stating that 'such things' are not passed on - the cheek of the guy w read more...

I am not one bit surprised! I have had similar experiences, worse, because I have actually got through to their call center agents, and STILL nothing has changed.
