I had the broad band connection with YOU Telecom for three years. I had annual plans for 12GB. Each year when at due date of renewal the balance of bytes would be carried forward. But when I renewed it this year the collecting person told me that the balance would be carried forward and so I renewed it for 6 months with lower bytes.
Suddenly one day I could not make the connections and it showed nil balabce of bytes and asked me to renew it, that is after 2 months. When contacted I had no reply by the so called grievence officer. Often the connection would break and would be restored after 12 hours.
They would blame it on cable disconnetion. Hence please do not attempt to have this YOU Telecom connection. The call center just repeat the same words as the complaint was forwarded and it would be looked into in 48 hours.
