With so many awards functions, it is becoming absolutely confusing for us folks. And not that any awards are better than the other. The latest Zee Cine awards, goes on to prove just that. This show was pathetically hosted. I dont even know the female who hosted it. She was pathetically pathetic. And then we had shahrukh Khan who kept dropping subtle hints as to what a gr8 actor he is, and then he and Anil Kapoor had a ball telling how good the other is. And, it seemed like such a sham.When u watch the oscars, or the actor awards, u appreciate the crispness with which the shows are hosted. All that is sadly lacking here. The sets may be great, the packaging looks fab, but the content is sadly missing.
When are we gonna get quality stuff? And to top it all, The network thinks we r all fools. The show is supposedly live. hahahaha...I think it was all those ads, that really kept me from dozing off in this ridiculous show.
The only good part of the show, was when Javed aKhtar came and spoke his piece about Pakistan...Three cheers to him for his mindblowing speech.
