We bought a Zero B Pristine under a scheme and the product is good. Although the after sales service especially after the warranty period is not the same.
Firstly the AMC cost of the product that cost 13K is 4000/- rupees.(Normally the AMC costs are between 5 to 10% of the total cost)
This is not told by the sales person in the beginning itself.(Even when you prod and check.)
Secondly if there is a sales promotion going on( Buy it and get a assured gift free) please dontn fall for it as I did. I was told to send 2 drafts of around 800 rupeesplus and that I would get a return ticket and holiday.
I never heard from them . I have been on email to get a response. THere are these intermittent calls from the Zero B people who say they will call back when you question them and then some new person calls up and you repeat the story
So if you want to buy it make sure you have taken in to account the warranty cost of 4k
