CCTV cameras stopped working within 2 years of installation. Cost of purchase was around Rs. 50, 000/ including installation. The company does not keep a record of service complaints registered every 10 days. There is simply no record! Even when a complaint number is issued every time.
The service manager and the manager handling the state assure every time that it is an issue of DVR, which has to be sent to capital city of the state(their head office there) and from there it is sent to Mumbai. Takes at least 6 weeks to repair. You never hear from them. The worst service quality ever. They never turn up at your home. Since there is no record, you cannot prove that you had requested service.
Home cctv cameras have not worked since 5 months. They cater to big banks sincerely. Annual maintenance contract costs Rs. 4000/ every year. The cost of replacing a DVR or the cameras would be the same. DON’T BUY FOR HOME USE.
