I contacted Zicom on 9th October hoping to buy a single door Access Control system for my office. I got a call from your sales team in Mumbai saying that someone will call me asap.
I informed her that the requirement was urgent as fitouts were happening in my office and she assured a call the next day... nothing happened. After 2 days another lady called to take my address and assured that someone will come over asap. No one came.
Another lady called 2 days back to check if someone had come and I said no one and she apologise and said that she will ensure someone comes the same day and will call and confirm in an hour... that was 2 days back - no call / person has come from Zicom or even asked about my requirement. Since then, they have contacted and apologized for the delay... Issue closed now.
