The Zodiac Grill - The beluga of restaurants, the jewel in the Tajs crown, Hemant Oberois pet project... Ever since the Grill has opened, over a decade ago, it signifies the ultimate in luxury, style & service. The foods impeccable, the ambience perfect & the staff eager to please. Every client is made to feel most special. Their signature dish, the Camembert Dariole or cheese souffle still tantalizes ones tastebuds today as it did when it was first introduced. The menu is well set, the wines reasonably well stocked. Amidst all this however, there are two major flaws - firstly, for a regular it can be quite monotonous & secondly the price. The price is absurd. More than Rs. 3000 per head for a two course meal with a glass of champagne. & the signature con of 5 star hotels; recommending the most expensive alcoholic beverages to gullible guests - while ordering your drinks specifically mention the brand yould like. But all in all theres only one Zodiac Grill - love it or leave it.
