I had a pathetic experience after purchasing zomato gold subscription.
had an issue with customer support,
sent close to 30 emails to them, got case number created , emails gets forwarded to each other in zomato support/ gold, copying me! some times I used to get automated replies too, or non relevent replies! . No responsibility shown by zomato after taking customers money. Feeling cheated!
chat support ignores chats when this issue is referenced, just closes chat windows and elopes without answers!. I have evidences .!
emails are not properly responded/ ignored!
In last email some support guy emailed saying "money is refunded to my bank a/c " and asked me to follow up with bank! haha. cant imagine zomato support refunding couple of coupons to my bank account when I didnt even share that . lol.
may be expecting frustrated customer will just stop chasing for smaller amounts like rs.400 .
I should be ignoring, but I just hate when it looks to be a planned cheating on my money.
sell decently Zomato! have some business ethics!
