Update: I reached out to support via chat after no response for couple of weeks now. One guy said hi how are you, i explained issue, he just eloped !. What kind of company is this!!!.. is there a way to catch hold of this level of cheating? any advices from experts?

For cancelled orders zomato support guys never responds.. they close chat and elopes or just stop responding.

Atleast you received a product which looks like original!, i received a product which is entirely different and they claim that it is same as i ordered .. haha..
