Zomato came up with this new scam of delivering on-time else getting 100% of order value refunded with all their T&Cs. The order got delayed genuinely and arrived late by 2-3 minutes. So according to their policy they should have refunded the amount of my order. On the contrary, they refunded only 25% of my order value.
Zomato, you should not promise what you can’t deliver.
This is a pure example of minting money from customers.
