Absolutely.....specifically the credit card team! While their banking services and PL department are absolutely opposite!!

Thank you all for reading and sharing your experiences. This was just the beginning. After a couple of months I got my card delivered. And the struggle to deal with them increased all the more. To change a due date they have eligibility checks..... That's an unbeatable excuse I've ever heard read more...

Kotak Mahindra bank has always been like this. They are so unprofessional and irresponsible! Even I'm waiting for my credit card to be delivered. Its a pain in the wrong places.
